Hi All,
Almost done!! Part 4 of the videos and photo galleries of Antarctica. This group takes us running from the hurricane force storm that chased us prematurely out of South Georgia Island (major disappointment for John), then the Falkland Islands, then returning to Ushuaia and finally back to California. In all, 28 days of one of the best-ever trips we have been on!!! I want to go back…..but Kathy says sure, after we go on another African Safari:)))
In the first photo gallery of this lot, Captain Artemis and Howard gave a virtual tour of the boat. I included many of the slides. For those interested in this very modern expedition style ship, you will find it fascinating!!
For all of Antarctica, I posted 12 picture galleries of 1656 pictures. We took over 6,000 so paired it down somewhat. At some point I want to develop a best of best picture gallery…but that maybe a next fall project!!!!

PS: We have now been in Sitka Alaska onboard Mystic Moon a week….got here last Monday, April 24. All is well and we are working very hard to get all the projects and provisioning done. I’ll be posting an update later this week on all we are doing on Mystic!!

A huge pod of Sei Whales, ~200 whales, 3rd largest whale in the world. We saw them as we were leaving the Falklands….what a show!!
