Two male lions.....a woman on our safari spooked them when she went too far from the truck on a walk after lunch!!!
They've calmed down now. Paul surmised they were two males patrolling their territory!!

We had left the herd by the river and came back to camp for a cocktail!!!
But then we got a call around 6pm that the herd is getting ready to cross!!!

This is the baby wildebeest whose mom got taken by a crocodile. The poor thing was neighing in search for his lost mom!!

All is well and in for a good night's rest!!
The end on a long day.....from Hot Air Balloon ride to a migration river crossing....wow!!

The next morning and more herds close to the river....could we get another crossing??
