There is an Argentina Emergency hut on the island.
Because of the storm and timing we did not land, just did a zodiac cruise around the Bay

Four of them and a couple wanted to get up close and personal.....like coming up by the zodiac 20-30 yards away...whoa!!!

Howard our Expedition Leader, had fallen several days ago on some rocks and the ship took him to the Argentina Research Center for more medical tests. He was diagnosed with just a broken rib and no internal damage!!
The Argentina Research Center.....Leo one of the scientists had worked there!!
There are ~10 married couples with children living there. Part of Argentina's territory claim process...hmmm??
